Protein Foods For Diabetics Diabetics, What Do You Think Of The Protein And Carb Method Diet?

Diabetics, what do you think of the protein and carb method diet? - protein foods for diabetics

I struggled with my level of sugar in the blood for 3 years ... Recently, the average rose from 150 220 and some 230 to 429! Now I am on insulin and metformin 3x daily. (I was afraid of death)! I have my AP to a diabetes specialist. While my assistant told me to eat "colorful" food and stay away from brown and white (which was hard to understand what I wanted my pancreas and had to eat here or there is not enough) ... The diabetes specialists further told me not to eat over 150 carbs a day and all the proteins, carbohydrates struggle with ... My blood sugar is doing great! I can really say what to do .. and blood sugar levels better .. What happens is the first time in my life (excluding operations Atkins, who has not) for fresh vegetables are not pushed into my face as the way forward. It seems that my appetite is small and round for the first time in almost all my life I am "quiet" ...

There are many things about this web site is because of wrong .. cholesteral ONLand believed the jury would be building less quickly when the organs are not diluted with sugar ... What do you know?

Thank you.

I do the same for the last 9 months or less (most days anyway) and have great luck with it. I try to stay below 120, it helps me to control my weight better. I agree that Atkins is not the right way because it is difficult places, but if you are on lean meats, whole grains and vegetables, it gives you plenty of variety and is fairly easy to fill. And my BG are much easier to use, even if I am on an insulin pump. The rollercoaster effect is gone. I told them that I can eat about this type, but that it makes good results.

It is wonderful that you are a doctor, who have found themselves on the needs of diabetes. I eat, I 100-125 grams carbohydrates. Here, my boat A1c from 5.9 to 6.2%, that's my LDL cholesterol of 150 was reduced to 80. This is for the consumption of eggs and bacon for several days a week. He works to win for you!

To support the techniques of acupressure to activate the pancreas or heart. less food rich in carbohydrates, salad, raw vegetable juice, less stress, exercise, should go a long way back into the function of insulin pill.

This is not the way I am on my diet and lost weight and stopped him, and my blood sugar was 350 to 120 and was at normal levels, but this is seldom more than 200

I'm glad you find a competent medical care.
You go with what for you! Every body is different and what works for you might not be the answer for others.

To hell with the diet!

They were thus able to follow doctor's orders - cut the carbs!

secret control of type 2 diabetes is the strict diet. I've never seen someone who could not control their blood sugar when it is properly controlled diet.

High cholesterol is certainly a problem for diabetics. A side effect of diabetes is high cholesterol, you have to watch your diet until the date referred to fats.

But protein is not required (and build a little fat) and repair your body correctly. The secret is to eat low-fat (not fat free).

This means that you must eat lean protein - chicken, turkey, fish can see (but the fish! Some fish such as tuna, is almost as rich in fat like hamburgers!) Go buy a cookbook for diabetics to learn and meat are good to eat and what is not. [Sorry, crustaceans (shrimp, lobster) are rich in cholesterol, too]

The good news is that if you keep your blood sugar levels under control, lower your cholesterol naturally, and you canslightly increase the fat in your diet after a while.
