I have a degree in horticulture. I minor in science and technology. I took courses in plant physiology, improved techniques, morphology, mycology and pathology, genetics, plant tissue cultures, etc., etc., etc.
My fav is mycology / plant pathology and tissue cultures, because I saw firsthand how plant cells respond to various stimuli.
